Rare set of seven(7) hanging lamps , pendants , in twisted pine wood (larch wood) by Swedish designer Hans- Jakobsson (1919-2009) and edited by AB Ellysett Markaryd between 1959 and 1969.
In good condition for age. Made of many layers of bentwood turned into a “swirl”. These lampes have a delicate construction that it’s almost impossible to find any intact examples. When illuminated the thin wood casts a distinctly orange filtered light that reveals the wood’s natural grain and casts a warm and beautiful glow.
